Shipping
Our artists around the globe send out your items. Each product page tells you when to expect it and where it's coming from, including any extra time for custom-made items. Costs vary, especially if you're grabbing goods from different designers. We'll email you a tracking number once it's shipped, but if you miss a delivery, you might have to cover the re-shipping cost so please be on top of it.

Tracking
Keep an eye on your email for tracking info. Please keep an eye on customs fees and taxes to avoid any delays or returns.

Taxes & Duties
Majority of our items include tax and duty fees at checkout. If you do not see any tax or duty fee information upon checkout, you may get hit with these when your order arrives in your country. Check the product page to see where your item's coming from. If you don't handle these taxes, you may be responsible for additional duty costs.

Returns
At this time we do not allow returns on any orders, we do offer repairs. If there is an issue with the state of how your order arrived, please email us at shop@maff.tv
